Efficient production during a well's lifespan depends heavily on choosing the appropriate artificial lift (AL) method. With the growth of unconventional reservoirs and horizontal drilling, selecting the right AL methods has become even more critical.
- Design and optimize a production system for specific lift methods, such as ESP, gas lift, rod pump, plunger lift, and PCP. The software incorporates multiphase flow modeling, PVT of formation fluid, temperature, and well stimulations;
- Rapidly screen and select applicable AL methods for a particular well and reservoir condition, including unconventional reservoirs like heavy oil, tight gas/oil reservoirs, and shale formations. The software considers hydraulic fracturing when selecting a lift method;
- Receive a recommended list of surface and subsurface equipment for each design from the software's data bank
- Optimize operating conditions to maximize production.
